On 1st July 2025, AXA Investment Managers was acquired by BNP Paribas Cardif, the insurance subsidiary of BNP Paribas.

Following this acquisition, the business of AXA Investment Managers Asia (Singapore) Ltd. has been amalgamated into BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Singapore Limited, an affiliate within the BNP Paribas group, from 1st July 2026.

As of 1st July 2026, the websites of AXA Investment Managers Asia (Singapore) Ltd. and BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Singapore Limited have been merged and now operate as one unified platform.
